| Complainant stated ordering through the drive thru at this facility and observed the employee making her drink having bare hands contact with the inside of the lid for her drink. Complainant also stated observing employee knocking off a cup on the floor and another employee picking it up and putting it back without discarding it. Talked to the manager about the complaint. Observed employees at the drive thru wearing gloves at the time of inspection. Manager stated they have all employees wear gloves and all employees are aware that any items dropped on the floor shall be discarded. Did not observe complainant statement at the time of inspection. Manager stated she will re-educate employees on the complainant statements. No violation was noted. |
