Critical Observed quaternary ammonion solution to be too high during the time of inspection. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Observed 3 bay and prep sink to not have caulking during the time of inspection. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.

3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs.
Observed no drain plug on the dumpster during the time of inspection. No drain plugs in waste receptacle.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed two open lids on the dumpster outside of the facility during the time of inspection. Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers.
