Repeat Facility does not have a person with level two certification in food protection. Observed no level two person.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Repeat Equipment and/or components not maintained. Observed both walk in coolers with torn gaskets as well as a torn gasket in the small cooler next to the coke cooler.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed buildup of debris on both walk-in unit vent covers.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Observed 3 compartment sink without proper sealing.
