[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed lime and straws in the hand sink at the bar. PIC removed them and cleaned the sink. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-04.1(DD) / Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers.
Critical Observed the diswasher dispensing low to no sanitizer. PIC will have someone come and a take look. 3 Compartment sink shall be used in the meantime. Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Repeat Observed no paper towel at the hand sink by the 3 bay and at one of the hand sink in the kitchen. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-03.4(C) / Thawing - temperature and time control.
Corrected During Inspection Observed shrimp and beef sitting on a table in the kitchen to thaw. Food items were just brought out and still frozen to touch. Reviewed proper thawing procedure with PIC. PIC put them in the cooler to thaw. TCS foods not properly thawed.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed uncover food item in the freezer and food containers stored on the floor of the walk in cooler. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the dry storage area. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
