Observed ice in the handwashing sink near the drive-thru window during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.

Observed quaternary sanitizer in sanitizer buckets to only reach 100 ppm during the time of inspection. The license holder did not demonstrate achieved sanitization while using a solution other than chlorine, quaternary ammonium or iodine.
