| Complainant stated getting a burger by the drive-thru at this facility on 7/28 and found hair inside the burger on the second bite. We talked to the PIC about the complaint. Observed facility had hair restraint in the facility at the time of inspection but hair restraints were not effective by all employees. Reviewed proper hair restraint effectiveness with PIC. PIC had employees without proper hair restraint put on a hair net during inspection. |
