Comments
Facility has been contacted several times throughout the past couple of months since the previous standard inspection regarding the backflow preventer on the mop sink. The current manager at the time was providing updates in regards to the process (it required ordering the device). However, 2 weeks ago communication had ceased. During the follow up inspection today, it was determined that the manager at the time has been replaced and the backflow preventer still has not been installed. The current manager has been provided with the needed requirements so the device can be installed as soon as possible. Follow up will continue.
