PIC did not have a certification in food protection during the time of inspection. FSO did not have a person in charge per shift with the person in charge certification in food protection.

Floor tile in back room is still damaged. Employee informed me that this specific tile is not getting fixed because the facility will be undergoing a remodel in 2023. If this happens the owner will need to inform the Marion Public Health Department and submit for a remodel plan review.
