Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed no employee health policy at the time of inspection. PIC stated they were extremely short handed and have not gotten to the paperwork yet. PIC was given copies of an employee health policy to implement. Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health.

Corrected During Inspection Observed no written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events at the time of inspection. PIC was given a policy to implement.

Observed an accumulation of debris on the fan vent cover in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.
