| Complaint stated that a bird has been flying around the store. Discussed the complaint with the person-in-charge. She has been aware of a bird flying around. Rose pest control comes in monthly for routine check-up. The last check-up was on 12/7/17. It was noted on that inspection that a bird was found in the store. They applied glue boards around the store to help trap the bird. The person-in-charge put in an order for them to return. Conducted an inspection of the facility. I did not observe a bird in the store. The person-in-charge stated the last day she saw the bird was on 12/23/17. |
