| Received a complaint that the complainant observed a "black squiggly thing" in their birria meat that resembled a burnt worm or baby snake. During the complaint investigation, no items resembling a burnt worm or baby snake were observed in the birria meat. The PIC stated and demonstrated during the inspection that the birria meat is often prepared with dried, whole chilis that are cooked/charred on the grill/flat-top. No violations related to the complaint were observed during the inspection. |
