Observed food debris and rust on cast iron skillets. Cooking equipment or pan surfaces unclean.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed accumulation of grease on hood system by fryers, in fryers and steamers, accumulaton of drippings and grease in drawers under grill. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Floors by fryer and prep sink dirty. Facility not maintained clean.

Comments
Received complaint regarding handwashing, facility cleanliness, employees taking food from plates being served to customers, etc. At time of inspection, employees were wearing gloves and properly washing hands. Did not observe any barehand contact. Did not observe any cooks or servers eating food off plates while cooking or serving food to customers. Discussed with the assistant manager, Annette the complaints and their policies. She said she would reinforce the policies with the employees.
