Critical Observed the The McFlurry, Minute Maid machine and ice machine all dirty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty.
PIC stated all machine are divided into sections and cleaned nightly. To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean sight and touch.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed deep freezer with massive amounts of ice on floor and ceiling. PIC stated when the freezer defrost the water is not flowing efficiently down the tube so the water keeps building up. PIC also stated the repairing will be there tomorrow to fix. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair.
PIC stated the repair company will be there tomorrow. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
