| Received a complaint that the complainant was at the facility on 1/31/24 and found 2 brown hairs in their food and observed employees not wearing gloves when handling a sandwich and wrapping it. During the complaint inspection, food employees were observed to be wearing hair nets as well as gloves. No violations were observed at the time of the inspection. |
