Comments
Complaint stated the facility was not boiling water to cook some of the food and was still washing dishes with normal water.
We talked to the PIC who stated boiled water and bottles of water were used for all cooking purposes, hand washing and dishwashing. Boil advisory was lifted at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection.
