Food employee did not have their hair effectively restrained.
To prevent contamination, food employees shall effectively restrain or cover hair to keep their hair from contacting exposed food, clean equipment, utensils or linens or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles.

Complainant stated they went to McDonalds on 11/1/2017 between 6pm-7pm. They ordered a salad that was not properly protected from contamination. They also stated food employees did not have proper hair restraints.

Discussed the complaint with the person-in-charge. They were out of salad lids for one day. They were using plastic wrap to cover the food. During the time of inspection all salads were properly protected from contaminated. Observed food employees that did not have hair properly restrained.
