Did not observed a thermometer inside the salads reach in cooler. PIC made a note to get one. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed the outside bottom attachment of te walking cooler needing fixed. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
