Critical Corrected During Inspection PIC stated that the ice scoop at the serving stations were not being washed. PIC took ice scoops back and washed immediately. Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a water bottle not labeled. PIC labeled at the time of inspection. Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the ice shoot on the drink dispenser in the kitchen with build up. PIC had employee remove ice shoot and wash, rinse, and sanitize it. .

Critical Corrected During Inspection Warewashing machine in the bar area is not dispensing the correct amount of sanitizer. A work order has been placed for the unit. PIC stated bartender is using the 3 bay sink for sanitizing. Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed.

Corrected During Inspection Observed items sitting on the floor in the walk in freezer. PIC moved items 6" above ground. Improper storage of food items.
