Corrected During Inspection Observed build up of grease underneath the fryer. It is necessary to clean non-food contacts frequently. PIC stated she will clean. Cooking equipment or pan surfaces are dirty.
To prevent contamination, the food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept clean.
