Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed approximately 50 dented cans available to customers on store shelves at time of inspection. PIC removed the dented cans from the shelves for disposal. PIC said a training will take place for food employees regarding dented cans, and it was advised that all shelves be thoroughly inspected for dented cans. Food package(s) received in poor condition.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed build-up of debris and dripping condensation on produce spray nozzles and shelf overhang above unpackaged leafy green produce. PIC had a food employee remove all produce from the shelves in this area to clean the nozzles and shelf overhang during the inspection. Equipment food-contact surfaces are unclean.

PIC discarded all expired baby food listed. Food in an RFE must be embargoed due to baby food or formula being expired.
