Observed the microwave to have some build up of debris at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed a bread oven, cheese warmer, and pretzle display case in the facility that was not being used at the time of the inspection. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
