Repeat Did not observe a thermometer in the cooler located in the food prep area during the time of inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed a noncommercial cooler being used in the front of the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

Observed cake pops in bulk food container to not have allergen declarations in the allergen packet during the time of inspection. Missing and/or incomplete allergen declaration(s).
3717-1-06.1(C)/Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Observed hand sink to need coved to the wall as the coving was detached from the wall during the time of inspection. Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided.
