Observed build-up around the pop machine drain.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.

| Complainant stated he could smell mold in the facility. He mentioned the complaint to the manager and they said it is coming from the drain under the pop machine. During inspection, I did not smell any mold. The pop machine drain could use a good cleaning. |
