Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a dented can on shelves during the time of inspection. Food package(s) received in poor condition. PIC removed can during time of inspection.

Observed granulated substances (likely seasnoning) in working containers with no labels on them during the time of inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Asked PIC what their process was for washing apples before putting them in bagged lunches and they stated they do not wash their apples during the time of inspection. Raw fruit and/or vegetables not washed or washed improperly.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Observed containers on drying racks to be wet nesting during the time of inspection. Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.

Observed wood prep table in the kitchen during the time of inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials.

Observed hand sink near office and three bay sink to have damaged caulk during the time of inspection. Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided.
