Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed food debris on clean dishes. PIC put them back to be rewashed.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner stored on the shelf by the waflle machine. Observed a spray bottle of bleach sanitizer stored on the shelf with clean dishes. PIC moved the chemicals.

Critical Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient. Observed no hot water in hand sinks throughout the facility.

3717-1-05(I) / Pressure.
Critical Water under pressure is not available to all fixtures as required. Observed all hand sinks with no pressure for hot water.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed handwashing sinks throughout the facility with water below 100F.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observe a thermometer inside the coolers underneath the grill and inside the prep table at the front.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Repeat Improper storage of food items. Observed uncovered food items in the 2 door freezer in the kitchen.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed the scoop of the hash brown stored with the handle inside the food.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed condensation in the walk in freezer and in the 2 door cooler underneath the registry.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the vent unit in the 2 door cooler under the registry with build up. Observed microwaves at the front and in the kitchen with build up. Observed bread crumb accumulation inside the toaster. Observed prep tables at front and in the kitchen with build up. Observed build up and debris inside the gaskets, on the doors, handles and bottoms of the freezer and coolers in the kitchen.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed hot holding container's lids and area around with build up.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Facility utility line is still not repaired. Utility line need to be repaired for the facility to have access to hot water and with adequate pressure.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed the kitchen floor needing cleaning.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Observed dust accumulation on vents cover in the kitchen and warewashing area.
