Did not observe a thermometer inside the hot holding cabinet. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed dumpsters with sliding doors open at the time of inspection. PIC had employee correct immediately. Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed mops not being hung to dry. PIC corrected on site. Mops dried improperly.
