[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.1(K) / Insect control devices - design and installation.
Observed home-use pest control device near the two door cooler during the time of inspection. Improper use or placement of insect control devices.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed non-food contact areas of the microwave to need cleaning during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed that there had been a leak prior to my arrival and that water system was not running during the time of inspection. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.

Notes: two employees are currently enrolled in the level two managers course at Marion Public Health and will be taking their tests on December 1, 2022. Facility needs to have at least one employee obtain a level two manager certificate.

Note: will be returning before next event to ensure water is running and system has been repaired since the leak.
