| Received complaint that observed employee grab about 4 buns out of package and hold against shirt, observed onion rings dropped in well and placed back into tray to serve, and said the place was dirty. Discussed with manager and she was not aware of anything like that happening and if she did see that she would correct it. Walked through facility and observed employees while working, did not see any of the above. The facility was clean at the time of the inspection. |
