Observed noncommercial freezer in use during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. PIC is aware it will need replaced with a commercial freezer when it stops working.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a torn gasket on the cooler containing the milk and water during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Corrected During Inspection Did not observe the correct sanitizer test strips during the time of inspection. No sanitizer test kit available. Gave PIC the correct strips before leaving.
