3717-1-03.2(T) / Food preparation - preventing contamination from the premises
Corrected During Inspection Observed several open containers of icing in the bakery area at the time of inspection. PIC placed lids over all of them. Food not protected from environmental sources of contamination during preparation.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a torn gasket on the walk in meat freezer in the meat department at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed debris in the microwave in the bakery area at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop being stored in mop bucket by the three bay sink in the meat department at the time of inspection. PIC plans to place a mop holder in the area so the mop can hang up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
