Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed there to be several dented cans on shelves during the time of inspection. Food package(s) received in poor condition. PIC removed dented cans during the time of inspection.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed chemical spray bottle in the starbucks area to not have a label with a common name on it during the time of inspection. Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled.

3717-1-04.4(I) / Manual warewashing equipment - wash solution temperature.
Critical Observed three bay sink in the meat slicing area to not produce the proper temperature during the time of inspection. Manual wash solution not being maintained at 110˚ F or above.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Observed hand sink in meat slicing room to not meet required temperature during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink water below 100°F.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
Corrected During Inspection Observed there to be no soap at the hand sink in the bakery during the time of inspection. No soap at handwashing sink(s). Employee replaced hand soap during the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a hand drying aid at the hand sink in the deli during the time of inspection. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Employee filled paper towel dispenser during the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Observed there to be a damaged door sweep on an exit door in the storage area during the time of inspection. Outer opening not protected.

Repeat Observed there to be missing ceiling tiles in the warewashing area for the bakery and deli during the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
