Comments
Complainant being at the facility over the weekend and stated seeing and employee report to the manager about being sick. Complainant stated manager did not send employee home and employee was still working and handling food.
Talked to the manager about the complaint. Manager at the time of inspection stated being on duty during the weekend and did not have an employee reporting being sick or calling off sick. Manager stated facility does not allow employee to handle food or work while being sick and that any employee that reports being sick is sent home. Facility has an employee sick policy that is verified by all employees. Reviewed illness policy with manager. No violation was noted at the time of inspection.
