Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper bare-hand contact with RTE foods. Observed employee individually packing french fries with no gloves.

Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed missing thermometer in several coolers.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the floor of the walk in frezzer needing sealing.

Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed damaged gaskets on the door of several cooler and freezer. Gaskets need replacing.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up and debris in several gaskets, at the bottom of coolers and freezers, on the shelves of the coolers and the vents cover.
