Critical Observed fried food in hot holding unit to not have lids to cover the fries and chicken during the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation.
Foods need to be protected from contamination through the use of lids especially in their Read-To-Eat stage. Foods on the top portion of the hot holding unit need to be protected with a lid or some kind of covering that prevents these foods from contamination. Correct By: 26-Jul-2022

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed hot dogs in the walk-in cooler to not have a lid on them during the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC placed lid on the container.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed a majority of sauce bottles to not have labels on them during the time of inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled. PIC placed labels on them.

3717-1-04.8(A) / Equipment and utensils - air-drying required.
Corrected During Inspection Observed blender containers to not be air drying after being cleaned during the time of inspection. Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. PIC placed them in proper area to air dry.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed there to be debris on the shelves on the stand-up freezer during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Observed soda machine in the front part of the store to not be in use during the time of inspection. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
