I (Ashley Mitchell) went to the facility and the PIC explained how the chicken is cooked. Firstly it is cooked whole. Secondly it is shredded and cooked. Thirdly it is cooked again with the vegetables. I took temperatures of all the food in the hot holding bins and everything was at correct temperature.
