| Complainant called in 12/23 and stated observing employee at this facility handling money at the registry and going back to handling food (making pizza dough and pizza) without changing gloves. Did not observe complainant statement at the time of inspection. Talked to the PIC about the complaint. Reviewed proper hand washing and proper use of gloves with PIC at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. |
