Repeat Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. Observed several containers with cracked lids.

Repeat Equipment and/or components not maintained. Observed torn gaskets on the door of the walk in cooler, on the make table by the ice machine and on the small make table by the grill.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed food debris inside the gaskets of several make tables.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed build up on the vent covers of the walk in cooler.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Mops dried improperly. Observed mop stored wet in the bucket.
