Observed employee wearing hats for hair restraint at the time of inspection. Observed facility has hair and bear nets available at the time of inspection. Talked to the manager about ensuring that all food employees are effectively restraining their hair to avoid any contamination. Reviewed proper hair restraint rules and effectiveness with the manager. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. |
