Critical Observed quat sanitizer below the required concentration in the 3-bay sink and sanitizer buckets due to the sanitizer dispensor not dispensing enough sanitizer. The facility did not have other ways to make sanitizer, so the PIC will go to a restaurant supply store to purchase sanitizer after the inspection. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.
