Comments
A positive Escherichia coli 0157:H7 case was sent to our health department. The victim ate at Burger King on 11/29/16. The victim ate cheeseburger, fresh fries and milkshake.

Discussed the case with the person-in-charge. Observed proper storage and temperatures of all food items. All foods were properly time stamped and discarded at the expiration time. All equipment was properly washed, rinished and sanitized. Hamburgers come in frozen and cooked from a frozen state in the broiler.
