Comments
On Monday, December 23, Marion Public Health received a phone call from a gentleman who was complaining about glove usage. He stated that the cashier was taking money and orders then proceeding to bag French fries and make ice cream cones without proper hand washing/glove usage. Madison Aldrich performed an inspection and did not observe this happening at the time of the complaint inspection. Madison talked with the PIC/Manager about proper glove changing and handwashing. PIC stated that the cashier will wash hands and change gloves before handing food products.
