Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a dented can that was not separated from other cans during the time of inspection. Food package(s) received in poor condition. Can was removed from shelf and placed in a designated area during the time of inspection.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed two chemical containers to not be labeled with common name during the time of inspection. Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Chemical containers were labeled during the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe internal thermometers in either hot holding units during the time of inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.8(A) / Equipment and utensils - air-drying required.
Observed utensils to be wet nesting during the time of inspection. Equipment and utensils are not being air dried.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Repeat Observed utensils throughout the facility to not be stored in an inverted fashion during the time of inspection. Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.

Observed single-use articles to not be stored properly during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.
