Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed food debris on clean food containers on the shelf where clean dishes are stored. PIC took them to be recleaned.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed a container of turkey in the walk in cooler that was supposed to be discarded on 10/25. PIC discarded it.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed debris in the gasket and bottom of the 2 door freezer in the kitchen.

Facility not maintained clean. Observed the floor of the kitchen needing cleaned. Observed food debris and standing water.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed cracked/missing floor tiles by the dishwash area and walk in units area. Observed standing water in areas with missing/cracked floor tiles. Floor tiles need repaired/replaced.
