Repeat Observed damaged gasket on the door of the walk in cooler and the doors of the desert make table. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed build up on the vents covers and ceiling around of the walk in cooler. Also observed debris in the gaskets of some coolers and build up on the doors of some cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Repeat Observed dumpster lid open. Waste receptacles not covered properly.
