Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed. Observed warewashing machine not dispensing sanitizer. PIC stated a work order has been submitted and maintenace will be in today to check it. 3 compartment sink shall be used to wash, rinse and sanitize until warewash machine is fixed. |
