Corrected During Inspection Observed employee not using the proper gloves to cut beef during the time of inspection. Slash resistant gloves used improperly. Employee went through process of properly putting on gloves before cutting beef.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed several torn gaskets on reach-in coolers in the dairy section during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Observed coving on produce sink to need fixed during the time of inspection. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.
