Corrected During Inspection Did not observe soap at bar hand washing sink during the time of inspection. No soap at handwashing sink(s). PIC placed soap at bar hand sink.

Observed white granulated seasoning and brown granulated seasoning in containers that were not labeled with common name during the time of inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled.

Observed torn gasket at the cooler near the drink area and the hot holding unit in the kitchen during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
