Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed milk crates sitting directly on the floor. PIC moved the milk into the milk coolers during the inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation.

Repeat Observed a mop being stored directly in the mop bucket. Mops dried improperly.
