Observed condensation due to a leaking pipe in the walk in freezer. Talked to PIC about not storing any food items underneath leaking condensation until it has been fixed. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed facility was cooling gravy at the time of inspection. Facility is cooling and reheating food items. Talked to PIC about their Risk Level not allowing them to cool and reheat food. PIC discarded the gravy that was cooling and carrots in the walk in cooler that has been cooled. Talked to PIC about moving up to Risk Level IV if they would like to cool and reheat food items. PIC stated they will think about it and notified the Health Department of their decision. Facility will not be cooling and reheating in the meantime.
