| Complainant stated they found cockroaches in the booths and high chairs were dirty. Discussed the complaint with the manager. Ecolab services the restaurant once a month or more if needed. Recent services were 10/17/2016 and 10/9/2016/ No evidence was found during those visits. Conducted an inspection. Did not observe any evidence of cockroaches in the restaurant. Highchairs were clean at the time of inspection. |
